Evening Arrangements

I imagine that a hotel room to be shared by the team would be a good idea. I don't know if Ben will care to join us, but Eric and Alan and I could share a room with two queen beds and maybe an air mattress if people get squeamish about sharing beds. It would give us access to a clean toilet, a shower and sink, and AC. I don't know that we will be too picky by the end of the day about sharing accommodations. This would also give the advantage of making sure that everyone wakes up at a reasonable hour in the morning.

It sounds like a good idea to have a place that we can get a good night's sleep and shower (unless we are wrenching, which I hope that we don't have to do). I am down for whatever we decide either way.
