For the sake of evening up this weekend put me down for $1000 for registration and $140 for the hotel room.

The trailer rental was $175 and I spent $120 on fuel to move the Jag around.

I spent just over $184 on fuel this weekend.

Cass - Can you pay your Dad $80 or whatever he said it cost to fill up the cans? Thanks. And then, just put up your gas costs and whatever else you have. According to my spreadsheet so far, we are all pretty close to having the same put in this round. I anticipate the total amount paid by each of us including everything to be around $800.

I have finished compiling all of the financials and here are the final totals. I also have it all on an Excel spreadsheet that I can email to you if you want to take a look at it.

Total cost of the weekend (with Shay's money subtracted) is $2,531.95 which comes out to be $843.98 each. I have spent $927.37, Alan has spent $691.26, and Cass has spent $913.32. That means that Alan owes me $83.39 and Cass $69.34. This includes everything including the random things such as truck fuel, hotel room, photo cd and the previous payments to Cass done by Alan and myself.
