Remove passenger side cats
Look at remaking down pipes
Top off rear diff fluid
Check brakes front and rear
flush brake fluid
Modify or replace seat
Check half shaft to rear hub bushings
Change oil
Flush coolant
Retheme
Fuel filling mods
Build new fueling system (jugs, hoses, etc.)
Purchase and set up new communications system.

Well 11 weeks to go. Its probably time to start thinking about getting some work done. As I seem to have nearly unlimited free time at the moment, what better time than now?

I am also getting started on the Miata Midget and the Miata shell should be ready to go to the scrap yard sometime around next weekend.

I am dow to start working in the comng weekends. I just have to finish up the mr2 rebuild from when I blew the motor at thunderhilla month and a hand ago. After that ill be free. I can't wait to see what you've done with the miata.

I wrote us up as having a Shaun of the Dead theme. I think it would be perfect and I'll elaborate later.

I'll be around after 4 on Saturday and all day Sunday. There isn't really any room to work in the garage right now but we can do some of the basic stuff outside.

I need to pull a few more things off the miata shell and it will be ready to go to the scrap yard. Any chance of using the trailer for that?

The trailer should be available. It was borrowed last weekend, but I'd expect it to be returned by then.

I'll try to get it done by this weekend but I'm not sure it is going to happen.

Where are we at on driver #4?

I'm down for this weekend. Hopefully I can have the MR2 all done by lunch on Saturday so I can focus on Lemons. I suggest that we just race with the 3 of us and enjoy the extra track time. That way we hopefully won't get those pesky black flags that our arrive and drives tend to get.

We can see if Shay will do it or if either of you know some other driver with a current Lemons license.

Just planning sounds good to me on saturday. I have plans from 7:00 on so earlier would be better. 4 or 5 sounds good. We can just get all of our ducks in a row and figure out what we need to buy.

Are we working a day this weekend? I'm thinking fluids, intake ducting, rerouting the trans coolers, and smog pump. Along with whatever else we have the motivation to do. I can talk to Mike from Tinyvette also and see if I can borrow the gas cans so we can get that sorted out as well.
